Author Article Submission Agreement
By submitting your article you agree to and verify that:
- You acknowledge that you own the copyright for any article or script you submit to Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com
- You grant free publishing/reprinting authorization to Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com, thier authorized associates, and to any webmaster or print media publisher who desires to download and publish your article, provided they adhere to these Terms of Service as stated in the Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com Publisher's Agreement posted on this site.
- You guarantee that you have reviewed all links in the article and in the "About the Author" box, and verify that none lead to websites with illegal, pornographic, warez, or hate content, websites that sell or promote the sale of pharmaceuticals on the internet, or any website containing or associated with such things.
- Likewise, you may not submit any article that contains illegal, pornographic, warez or hate content, or any other content that would be related to the items mentioned in Item 3.
- While Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com does not provide for image upload, you are permitted to link to images stored on other servers provided that they do not promote any item listed in Item 3.
- Authors are also permitted to promote their affiliate programs. Affiliate banners are permitted to have direct affiliate links bringing the user directly to the affiliate, however, the author should be aware that linked affiliate banners and text links will limit the number of publisher's desiring to publish the article from thier site.
- Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com allows for quite a bit of latitude regarding links and images to promote your business, products, and services, however, authors are required to maintain formatting that is consistent with the site's design. While many other sites do not allow such freedoms, the management of Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com, being internet entrepreneurs, supports tastefully promoted products and services. Although we support your efforts for success, authors should be aware that what is considered to be taste full is at the sole discretion of management and that article found to go overboard, taking advantage of these freedoms will be banned and the author may likewise be banned permanently at the discretion of management.
- Links to Google Asdsense or Google Referrals are strickly prohibited.
- Authors are required to ensure that their articles are listed in the most appropriate category. If a particular category does not exist, please request a category related to your article though the contact link on this site and we will be happy to ad it providing it does not conflict with our concepts. .
- Authors agree to grant Free Content Providers@pbolduc.com the right to use the submitted article(s) however they deem necessary, including in packaged materials designed for either sale or for free distribution providing that proper credits are maintained and in all electronic media, at minimum, the author's by line will be linked to their primary website url providing they have provided Free Content Providers with a primary website url in ther profile .
